That is the shape of the business: people planning a table, a party bag or a shop counter, who need a known quantity at a known price. The pack count is written into every product title and repeated in the description, because ordering one when you needed twenty-four is the single most expensive mistake a gift buyer can make.

Standard shipping is the only method offered, and the shipping policy page sets out the handling and transit windows in full. If a set arrives short a piece or damaged in transit, email us with the order number and a photograph — short packs are covered by the return and refund policy and we pay the return postage when the fault is ours.
