Are these sold as single items or as sets?
Almost everything here is a multipack. The pack count is written into the product title and repeated in the description, so check that number before you order.
Can I mix designs inside one pack?
No — packs ship exactly as the manufacturer assembles them. The photo on each listing shows the full assortment you will receive.
Do favour sets come with tags and bags?
Where a set includes organza bags, thank-you cards or ribbon, it is listed in the description. If it is not listed, it is not in the box.
What if a set arrives with a piece missing?
Email us with your order number and a photo. Short or damaged packs are covered by the return and refund policy, and we cover return postage when the fault is ours.
